What to send us.
With these five things we can give you a rate and a dispatch date.
- Composition and strength, exactly as it should read on the label.
- Dosage form and pack, for example 10×10 Alu-Alu, 60 ml bottle, 30 g tube.
- Monthly or order quantity, so we can plan batch size.
- Brand name and your company details: GST, drug licence for resale, and address for the carton.
- Artwork, if you have it. If you don't, our design team prepares it for your approval.
Questions buyers ask
Straight answers.
What is the minimum order quantity?
One batch. Your first order can be small, and our high-capacity lines scale with you as repeat orders grow. For a new brand we can often run the lower end of the range.
How long does the first order take?
It depends on whether the composition is already approved with us and whether printed material has to be made. We agree a planned timeline with you on the proforma invoice, and repeat orders move faster because the artwork and material are already approved.
My composition is not on your list. Can you still make it?
Often, yes. Send it to us. We check licensing, availability of the API and whether we can make it on an existing line, and we tell you plainly if we cannot.
Do you handle DPCO-scheduled products?
Yes. We check the notified ceiling price at the costing stage and flag it on the PI, so the MRP on your carton never exceeds it.
Will you supply my product to anyone else?
No. Your brand, artwork and packing are made only for you, and we never disclose customer names or rates.
